During three days, the biggest french tattoo convention, the Tattoo Art Fest, took place, for the third time, in the Parc Floral and gathered 7000 visitors around more than 150 world wide tattoo artists, featuring tattoo contests, burlesque shows, graffiti artists, photo exhibitions, and concerts.

Question by : When do you learn Manga in Art (school subject)?
Okay, I’m just interested, but you know how in school you learn in Art things like cubism, realism, abstract etc. Well, when do you learn Manga? I know that a lot of art teachers don’t seem to encourage this genre, but does it actually come into a school curriculum at any point?

By ‘when’, I mean what year in school? Year 9? Year 10? Even further down the road than that?

By the way, I mean in British schools.

i would say it would be any year just take art and they will teach you how to draw actual people. i am in 8th grade and we had people sit in front of the class and we drew them. when we did my art teacher said that it looked more animated then real people. maybe if you do that you will get a hang of it other than that i don’t think they go over it unless you personally go up and ask an art teacher to teach you. so practice drawing real people but try not to make it look to real. hope this helped

I really like Sakurada Hina’s kind of art (or more like I can only read HER romance novels), and I kind of detest the typical, cuter than cute worldly highschool girl. I like bishounen/cute guys (no glasses) with quirky, kinda anti social girl heroines. (No energetic tomboyish ones) A bit of smut is nice =)
